I have continued to enjoy your products and have quit smoking cigarettes and completely transitioned to vamping ! I had a slight issue about a previous order and I can honestly say they actually read the comments. They addressed the issue and made it right ! A guy in the warehouse took the time to read my comment and actually hand wrote a personal note and sent me a surprise. First clas products and the best customer service I have ever experienced with an online company. Great job guys !

Online resellers everywhere can learn a lesson from ECigcharleston! The shipping department of ECig has without a doubt the best service of any mail order online retailer this online buyer has ever encountered. I have purchased items at 11pm and had them delivered the very next day. The products are fabulous and I will be a life time customer!

My wife and I can't be more pleased than we are with our purchases, four in the last month or so. The product quality is excellent. The deliveries to the upper peninsula of Michigan is averaging three days. I order in the evening and have the product in our mailbox three days later. The staff is great. I called a few times with questions and changed a order that I made a error in my item selection, hours before it was scheduled to ship. we have been buying My start Ego batteries, M3 tanks , M3 coils. This combination had excellent taste, Great throat hit and is a product that will hold up with hesvier use. Ecigcharlston has my confidence and future business. I have been vaping since 2008 so I do know quality products and good service. I think you will be as pleased as we are.
