Will not charge	January 27, 2018

I purchased this, used it once, then it would not charge. I contacted customer service via email and asked if I could exchange it, told them I used it once, and they proceeded to tell me after multiple uses I have to pull up the center of the battery because it gets pushed down after awhile. Obviously someone did not read my email since I told them I used it once. They also told me to stop by the store to have someone look at it, but, that is difficult to do since I moved out of state. I received a faulty battery and cannot get an exchange for it. I have never had an issue with this company before now. I’m very disappointed.

I have since moved to Saint Louis, Mo. but I have to say that I haven't found a battery that last as long as this one. Before I left I bought two and still have them, one year now. They are so reliable that my friend here has ordered three from you through me. Also very important to me, your juice is always consistent.
