I have been a customer of the Mt. Pleasant location for about 4 years now and I always have a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I shop online I get my order the next day every time except once and that is an excellent record since I have been ordering online for about 2 years!

In No reflection of E cig Charleston itself, just the coil. Literally the last 5 or 6 packs I've got has had one or more dead coils. Its super annoying..
