I have used Lava Flow Extreme for over 2 years and it is by far the very best . I will never waste money on weak mediocre juice again. I've been buying this one for hears. You can't beat it. Better than any of the other cinnamon-y flavors. It's perfect: spice, mild sweet, great after taste. Mixes beautifully with fruits or tobacco flavors.
