The product works awesome and was suggested by a friend of mine that works at one of your Charleston location, Katie Abernathy. I ordered the red (magenta) but received the purple... :(

I called about the batteries that I bought at the west ashley store, and the one that is not working is the purple one. It will not hold a charge for more than a minute after taking it off the charger and vaping a couple times. I need to send it to you to replace please.
