I've had a very bad run with your batteries. Either they won't stay on or won't take a charge. I'm very upset. I like the style and don't want to change companies. But if I can't get satisfaction I will.

I like that I can adjust the draw make it so much easier. I would have liked other colors than black but the others were out of stock. But I’m happy with the long life of the battery.
