I love the product. I take my ecig everywhere. But one of my tanks doesn't work. The first time I used the red tank it didn't work.
Everything else in my starter kit works perfectly.

Advertisement at purchase said it came with an instruction booklet. All I got was one piece of cardstock with confusing instructional directions. What's this "ticket" thing about? No explanation. Also, the ecig gurgles when inhaled. BTW, Why bother to put my product on a line when I have to REPEAT it in order for my survey to go? And you wonder why people hate filling these things out!

I have smoked for 20 years and have purchased other vapes that were "simulated cigarettes" and cost twice as much as this unit and do not come close in quality. I really enjoy smoking and was just looking for a more appropriate and healthy alternative and was very happy with this product and the service I received. If you are on the fence with this, place your order and be excited that you have an excellent product on its way that is about to change your life! I would like to thank my close friend (G), who recommended this product to me (along with Lava Flow!). Also, E-Cig Charlston who offers great products, shipping and customer service.

Love this ecig!	May 31, 2013

I am on day 4 of only smoking my ecig and I love it so far! Today is the first day I have had to charge the battery (yes one battery lasted 4 days without being charged!). I chose the strawberry flavor and its good! I highly recommend this ecig. I suppose like any other electronic cigarette, I still crave regular cigarettes but refuse to buy any. My boss smokes an ecig and my coworkers are just fascinated with mine and ask for demonstrations!

My issue with this item you have several different starter kits at 49.99 the one I ordered did not have a charger in it nor a case. Why is it 49.99 with less pieces??
